this is a health and safety risk as it could end up falling on to someone since it is against the wall and should be laid down

this is a health and safety risk as the keyboard is not meant to be up there it could fall and get damaged or fall on to someone who is plugging in cables next to it

in todays lesson i have be working up towards my performance for the showcase which i think is going very well i have a list of the tracks that i will be using i will be using 6 house tracks however i didn't have these tracks with me so i used the same amount of tracks but different tracks but i will be practicing at my drop in session on monday and at home with my own decks i have also watched other performances from Brandon abby oliver and andrew

dj lesson 3

In this lesson i was working on my scratching skills to make a cover/remix of kanye west ft rihanna all of the lights with abby and andrew however this was changed to rita ora ft tine tempah r.i.p by doing this i feel like i have achieved a lot as a turntableist i have learnt two things for when i am scratching when i am scratching A- the bpm doesn't matter as long as i am just scratching with that track and B- up my wrist so that i don't need to use all of my arm and can use just my fingers and wrist 

dj lesson 2

In today’s session I have been working on my dj skills mainly speeding up and slowing down tracks, so they are going at the same speed and using the pitch control when speeding up or slowing down the track so it will sick at that point.

I have also learnt how to use the reverse and worked on the use of effects filter and echo I think that this is going to help me do more advanced stuff as I used a high pass filter with the echo when doing a spin back creating one of the most advanced effects I have used so far.

i have settled in very well it helps knowing 2 of the people here but i have been getting alone with everyone and enjoying the time here
